From there he completed Graduate and Post Graduate studies in Human Resources and Psychology and worked for various multi-national companies in the Management Systems, HR, and IR areas. These included British Airways, Ford Motor Company, Massey Ferguson and Price Waterhouse (PWC). Mike set up The Management Edge in 1982 as a Strategic Planning and Training Consultancy. In 1993 he commenced work in the QA and OH&S area and is extensively involved in developing integrated management and business systems for clients in QA and OH&S systems. With an MBA and currently completing his PhD, Mike is Chartered Management Consultant, a registered Workplace Trainer, a Registered RPL Practitioner, a member of the RABQSA Quality and Safety auditor. Tony Lane: Tony has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate management, with particular emphasis on management and business systems to improve organisational performance. He has a Bachelor of Commerce in Econometrics and Systems and a Masters Degree in Accounting. Prior to joining The Management Edge, Tony was Managing Director of well know HR consulting company Cullen Egan Dell. Previously, he worked as Group Administration Director and Company Secretary for the Sedgwick Group of Companies, with responsibility for HR, IT, technical and property services, and corporate compliance. Manushree Bahukhandi: Manushree’s involvement in international education started in 2003 when she joined Deakin University as Postgraduate representative and was on the Deakin Academic Board. She then joined the Career Education Group where she was the General Manager of the International Design School. In 2005 with a Masters in Communication, Graduate Diploma in Professional Writing and Lead Auditor in Quality Management System, Manushree established the International Design School in 2006 and having developed a major national and international network, grew it to 600 students by the end of 2008. She achieved accreditation of a range of various accredited programs, developing Higher Education courses meeting Industry and Australian Quality Framework Higher Education standards. Manushree is currently responsible for the coordination of all off shore and onshore recruitment activity and planning & implementing strategies to create national profile for The Management Edge Group including establishing industry relationships.
